Wow Where Has the Time Gone????

It has almost been a week since I posted last!

The thing is that I really haven’t had anything Blog worthy this past week!

Today is such a beautiful fall day here I thought that I would just sit down and say HI

So “HI”

I will say that I did find our camera last night so pictures will show up sometime this week of all our work and progress that has been happening!

It’s hard when you go through just a dramatic transformation that you loose things for a while…sometimes that may be keys, your camera, a wallet or maybe even your mind! But be assured all has been found and life is FINALLY getting back to NORMAL!

Normal for at least our family so stay tuned. the next few weeks will be crazy ones as our lives again will be in the spotlight of another church. We will be considering them as they will be considering us for their next pastor! This one is a bit outside of our comfort zone and a bit overwhelming to think about but we are open to whatever God has in store for our family!

PLEASE PLEASE PRAY FOR US AS WE CONSIDER GOD’S WILL IN OUR LIVES!

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE…

  1. I found my keys …right where I left them after Lady Bug brought them to me last week! I found them Sunday right after i posted about still not having them!
  2. We did not have a car crash we were EXTREMELY close to having one but were not in it! For those of you who read my day book yesterday and thought We were put into that situation we were not.. We escaped by God’s grace..Our “New” truck would have been totaled. there would not have been anyway around that considering the speed of the other driver and the angle at which everything would have happened! However thankyou for your prayers anyway!

Finding Time

Life has been full force around here lately..I guess I should say for ss long as I can remember ! however I have found it increasingly more difficult to have time for devotions and Bible Study (YES THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE!)

It has been frustrating but I think i have it figured out. At night as soon as the kids go to bed I will do them! Hopefully that will be the right time.
It seems as though when I try to do them in the morning or when the kiddos go down for a nap they just seem to have radar and are up ready to go!!!

Anyway i will keep you posted…PUN INTENDED as I embark on finding what works for me!

Outside my Window…gloomy, very gloomy

I am thinking…”Is this cold EVER going to end?”

From the learning rooms…Verses for Cubbies to learn for Tornado……more focus on writing and coloring

I am thankful for…My life..we nearly had a terrible crash yesterday. It was so close it was scary…Two feet from what could have ended all of our lives

From the kitchen…Cookies…i have no idea what type but I am working on a fall celebration for our kids since we don’t celebrate Halloween….We take Trick or treater but our kids don’t participate so we would like to have something special for them!

I am wearing…Tinker Bell PJ’s that hubby got for me a few weeks back… They are so comfy…I love them along with white socks and my hair up in a messy bun!

I am reading…The Bible and Encountering the Old Testament

I am hoping…fan unblocked nose soon. i have had a stuffy nose for like 2 and a half weeks now!

I am creating…ta craft room…Pictures later this week…One I find my camera

I am hearing…Tornado coughing in the background

Around the house…finish up cleaning the kitchen…Folding lost of laundry, and a few other minor straightenings!

One of my favorite things…Fall leaves changing into brilliant oranges reds and yellows…Our maple tree in the side yard in a blaze of orange…So pretty!

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week…So many things but here are a few…. Enjoy some me time…Hubby has been giving me strict orders to take an hour each night where I focus on myself. After being so exhausted tis week he noticed I haven’t been taking the time just full throttle all the time to get the house back into shape! Oh yeah and get the hous back into shape. We are so close I can taste it.!

Looking forward to Winter…ok so not really but it will be here sooner than we all realize. This is a picture of tornado on top of a HUGE snow Pile at our church. One of the biggest I have ever seen!
