Well all of my dear readers it has been almost three weeks since i last wrote to you and Oh what a three weeks it has been! I wish I could tell you that I enjoyed every minute of it BUT alas I cannot!
It has been a rough couple of weeks! The roughest day was yesterday I think But THERE ARE A LOT OF CLOSE SECONDS THAT YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT AT A LATER DATE!! But now onton yesterday..
- I am thankful that Ladybug didn’t have to have her stomach pumped
- I am thankful she has not had a bad after effects
- I am so thankful she is feeling better today
- and I am thankful that she does not have a fever today….
Okays o now you are going to need some explanations right!?!
Ladybug has been sick for a little under a week with a fever and a bad cough…we took her to the doctir testerday and found out that she has bronchitis ..no biggie..so later that day we went and filler RX and went home…When we got home I gavce her the first dose (it’s a five day med). After I gave her the dose I turned to put the syringe in the sink..It was VERY sticky…I turned not two seconds later to see ladybug putting the bottlre back on the counter going ..”THIRSTY THIRSTY THIRSTY”…I proceeded to freak out just as any good mother would..She drank the whole bottle!!!
It was an exhausting day to begin with so you can only imagine what that did to me! I called the doctor and the Poison Control Center!
Low and behold the worst effect that could happen will be a very BAD case of the squirts!
Needless to say though she is mostly potty-trained she will be wearing a diaper ALL day today…And yes I am very thankful for the squirts too!
