I’m back….

Greetings all.  I’m back!  We have moved into our new home, had our inspection…PASSED the inspection and now closing is  on Monday!  In between we have had a killer stomach bug that wiped all six of  us out within two days for nearly a week.  So what I posted would be a “short one to two week Hiatus”  turned into nearly a month long vacation…Ok NOT SO MUCH!  LOL!!

Thanks so much for sticking with me and we will have a bunch of posts about things that have happened over the last month.   To say the least it has been  full of challenges attacks and so much more!

I have missed you all and look forward to reading your blogs!


Getting Closer!

Hi all,

Just a quick update we have MOVED IN!!! The house isn’t fully complete BUT we have moved in. There is still a BUNCH of painting and some bathroom work to do though! Don’t worry we have fully functioning ones! 🙂

Pics are coming after the inspection NEXT WEEK! Wait until you see the Before and After! It’s amazing and we are feeling so very blessed AND the kids have adjusted better than I had ever expected! Thanks for praying for us!

These guys are AWESOME! Note there is heavy sarcasm but it is well worth your time. Highly convicting! A great way to talk to teens. The kids in our Youth group LOVE these guys!

The Defining of Me

Hi my name is Mary (Most of you already knew that 🙂 )

I am 31 years old (almost 32)

I am a Christian (for nearly  28 years)

I am a wife (for almost 9 years)

I am a mommy to for 4 (since 2005)

I am creative (in many ways)

I am a pastor’s wife (for almost 6 years)

I am also a daughter, sister, friend, niece, grand-daughter, and cousin.

I am a blogger (for nearly 4 years)

This is who I am…This is what makes me…ME!

But what you may not know about me is…

I have been to China.

I am legally blind.

I am a realist.

I am a reader.

I am not perfect.

I make mistakes.

I have hazel eyes.

I like to teach teen girls and ladies Sunday school classes.

These things do not define me, they describe me. These things do not tell you what kind of person I am BUT these things have been a part of me.
