Before we go any farther let’s get this straight…I am not making fun
of anyone…Nope Not a Bit! But I have a right to Complain because I
would Throw such a huge fit (being Blind myself) If I placed my life in
someone else’s hands and they almost got me killed…. Now I know that
the Person had no idea…mostly because they were completely
blind…However the fact that they could probably hear the cars whizzing
by on all sides and feel them almost brushing past them Might be HUGE
indicators. Now here is what Happened. Today as Hubby and myself and
our three little darlings weere nestled as snug as a bug in a rug in our
Ginormous Ford Excursion complete with trailer hauling wood and a shed
in a box and our dismantled swing set left our old house and traveled
towards our new home we saw a dismaying sight. A sighted person with a
completely blind person red and white cane and all standing in the
CENTER lane of and EXTREMELY busy road packed with cars when a red light
complete with cross walk and Pedestrian lights were only about 40 steps
away….How ridiculous! I think the blind person would have been safer
with a seeing eye dog!…They were apparently trained better than this
human who clearly could see there was a better way only a short (very
Short) distance away! Definitely a GREAT way to get somebody
Killed…Common people use your Brains the good Lord gave you…PLEASE!
(oh and let’s not forget it’s illegal to Jay walk too!)

As you know my family and I have made a huge change over the last few
months…Taking on a Senior Pastor Position and moving two and a half
hours away from where we once called home.  The transition has been
mostly a smooth one…MOSTLY.  There has been ONE thing that has
suffered GREATLY….and this frustrates me beyond no end!

What is it you may ask..well it’s my blog…or shall I say blog(s)!!  After all I have three!

I
have no idea how to fit it in.   Our last two weeks have been
absolutely NUTS!  Somethiing going on every day and/or night and as this
last Sturday showed 4 things in one day.  I am not quite sure how
exactly we made it BUT I will tell you this is was BY TONS OF GRACE 
heaped onto us By our Loving God.

I Love where we are
it is just that some days…or  lets be honest EVERY DAY  I go to bed
wishing there were about 5 more hours in the day.

I am
not sure how I am going to rectify this problem BUT please be rest
assured that I am still consistantly visiting all of your blogs….and
that changes will be made soon!

I am not going to
forget to blog.  I love to write and it is in me.   It might be sparse
for a while BUT  PLEASE don’t give up on me!

I have a huge list of blog posts Just waiting to come out!

Just not enough time to write them in!

I hope You stay with me as we transition into this new place.  I know it has been sparce.

For Today… Dear Lord, I bring you my shortcomings…frustrations abound…I have been getting frustrated at the drop of a hat..Why who knows…Probably because i could use and extra 24 hours in my day or lessen my expectations of myself..Either one is a shortcoming! I bring you my worship and praise… Thank you so much for helping Hubby and I to work our a better, workable schedule! Communication is key to helping a marriage grow! The beauty that surrounds me..Whether it’s the flowers blooming and the sun shining or the rain falling and making music on my roof you have provided for us! I bring you my prayer… Lord help me “think Happy thoughts” To not think about frustrations and to help me work on my own beams! You spoke to me… In the peace of my morning devotions yesterday…And made me realize that my hunger for more in depth work with your word is what I need and want and I need to make the time even if it is waking up when it is yet dark…If I am not taking care of this then my household can’t betaken care of..or at least the way it should

I ONCE HAD A PROFESSOR
Who challenged us to write out the books of the Bible word for word. He was a sub for my Romans class..So that is where I started nearly eight years ago and I wish dearly that I could tell you that today I have transcribed more than I have but almost 4 years ago I had my first child and since that time I have not accomplished much in this area BUT I will say this I still keep at it and it is one of my favorite things to do …I retain more …it seems to sink in better! You have to think about each and every word as you push that pen to make one more mark! What a joy!! I will share with you the books I have completed Romans James Titus Ester and Proverbs is what i am currently working on! In My Bible Study i am also working on the Book of John and with each section that I study I write out that passage and to date I working on the section John 7 :1-36 If you have not ever tried this as a method of hiding God’s word in your heart why don’t you give it a shot…it’s amazing what will stick!

…wouldn’t think through what kind of impact this would have on a city that has had  the Biggest trauma since Pearl Harbor…

I can tell you who..Our President Barak Obama….Now Whether or not you voted for him or McCain or any other person for that matter I don’t give a hoot. BUT there are things that you just don’t do!  If you haven’t seen the video or watched the news or read the newspaper than maybe it’s about time you did.  Because Our illustrious president thought it was a great idea to have a surprise photo opportunity in NYC  on Monday..Not even Mayor Bloomberg was clued in  on it…and to say the least he was mad! he was quoted as saying

“The good news is it was nothing more than an inconsiderate, badly conceived and insensitive photo op with the taxpayers’ money,” Bloomberg said.

So what did this surprise photo oppertunity comprise of…Well a 747 from Pres Obama’s own fleet and a US Fighter jet “chasing it Down” or at least so it seemed to those poor traumatized people on the ground!

So what was the response Numerous companies evacuated and HUNDREDS of 911 calls.  I have to admit if I were there I would have been one of those hundreds…So watch the viseo and watch as people who are scared out of their minds flee for hopeful safety…This among others things makes me truely wonder if those brains that so many people talk about our president  having isn’t just a figmaent of their imaginations

I had something discouraging happen last weekend with my blog…So I
have had little desire to blog all week! *SIGH* But alas I finally
tried–to post that is ….I had banner codes that would not show up at
all..I have actually used these banner codes before so they have worked
in the past but as of right now ..Zip, Zilch, Nada, Nothing! So here is
