Women of Faith Confrence-November 4th and 5th

So back a few months ago i was catching up with some friends on facebook when one of my friends(who also has a blog) linked to a Booksneeze offer to be a Women of faith blogger.  They were offering not just one BUT two free tickets to any of the Women of Faith Conferences this fall.  All you had to do was send in some info,post a badge to your website and publish two blog posts one before and one after the conference!. I was super excited But I figured who would select me and my little old blog!  I knew too that this could be a great chance for me to go since funds are limited.  Well i had no idea how many they would choose probably only one per city right so when I saw that my friend Jen from Reflections in the window had been chosen I was bummed BUT the tickets went to a great blogger …..But when I went to check my email can you guess my delight when I too had been chosen.  I was ECSTATIC!

 

This joy was renewed when I got my tickets in the mail too.  But I was also reminded that I had to write this blog post…..

 

So if at all possible come join me in Rochester for the Women of faith Imagine tour November 4th and 5th!

And A HUGE thank you to both Women of Faith and Booksneeze  for such an awesome privilege!

Well I don’t know about you BUT I was getting a little concerned!  I was writing and writing and writing BUT NO ONE was commenting So I asked my ever wonderful Brother in Law HT to check it out for me. AND apparently when we switched the hosting over to word press commenting was disabled…So he fixed it.

 

Now you can comment so PLEASE feel free to do so SO we can get to know each other a little better!

Today is a BIG day!!!

I know that it has been a while since I have posted but I am so happy to let you know that after much work (by my brother-in-law) Walking the Walk is all finished and put together and Happy Home is NO where to be found…LOL I am kidding we still have a happy home BUT My old Blog Happy Home is no longer in service. All the old posts have been relocated right here!!!…but that is not the only change. The platform has also changed from movable type to WordPress!

I am sad to say that if you had signed in to leave a comment before yesterday you will have to do so once again but the good news is that you can use register with the site or use Facebook to sign in.

SO enjoy exploring all the old blog posts and I will see YOU around the blogosphere!

I’m Back…

and expect to see a lot of me over the next few days as I have A LOT to say…Or write that is. This morning our internet got hooked up in our house so now I can BLOG YAY!!!!!! And can I just say that i am SUPER excited. I was really disappointed …I was so sure that I had missed the ultimate blog party in my two week hiatus! Not much of a vacation BUT the majority of the packing is all done…Okay so the only room left yo unpack is my craft room go figure!!! Anyway off to do some more catch up om you bogs…I miss you guys and I am making the rounds!

SPELL CHECKER (author unknown, but hats off to them!) Eye halve a spelling checker; It came with my pea sea. It plainly marks four my revue, Miss steaks eye kin knot sea. Eye strike a key and type a word, And weight four it two say, Weather eye am wrong oar write; It shows me strait a weigh. As soon as a mist ache is maid, It nose bee fore two long. And eye can put the error rite; Its rare lea ever wrong. Eye have run this poem threw it; I am shore your pleased two no, Its letter perfect awl the weigh. My spell checker tolled me sew!
